Palabra-Secreto
Many times, such as it was during this trip to an indigenous community the women and the children tended to be shy and cautious, rarely emitting a word until they became very comfortable with me. The children, such as this boy, would often seek the refuge of their mother’s body nearby as a curious spectator. He is connected to both the natural world that surrounds him and his mother while speaking carefully chosen words as if the guardian of a secret.
